Most orders have a 3-5 business day processing time (not including weekends or holidays) before they're shipped from our warehouse. This can vary based on volume (ie. holiday season, large product launches)

When your order has shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.

These custom items require extra time. Please allow 5-7 business days for printing and processing before your order is shipped.

All Print On Demand/Made To Order items ship via Flat Rate Shipping (1-2 weeks) directly from our print shop.

All shipping is calculated by weight, size and distance needed for delivery. If the location isn't a common delivery location the cost might be higher due to carriers available.

Shipping and handling charges for your order DO NOT cover duties, VAT, or other customs-related fees.

Depending on the country in your shipping address, import fees may apply. We recommend checking with your country’s relevant government agency to learn more.

Below are the shipping methods we use and estimated transit time.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for deliveries within the contiguous 48 states.

5-7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.

Standard Ground Shipping: 3-8 business days for deliveries within the contiguous 48 states.

Flat Rate Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 weeks for delivery

Please keep in mind this average transit time given below only accounts for transit from the US to the destination country.

It DOES NOT account for possible delays in customs or additional transit time needed for your local postal service to deliver your package to you.

First Class International Shipping: Typically 3-6 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country.

USPS Global Shipping: Typically 5-10 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country.

Flat Rate Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 weeks for delivery. International orders may require additional time due to customs processing..

Due to the ongoing conflict and no-fly zone regulations, shipping service to Ukraine and Russia has been suspended indefinitely.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly noted on the product page for the item before you make your purchase.

In most cases your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready, using your selected shipping method.

Once the order ships the transit time will begin.

Please contact our Customer Happiness team if your order is being returned to sender to let us know what happened with the delivery. We will verify the shipping address and do what we can to have your order on it's way back to you.

Due to the average size of our packages, it is common that they are delivered to the mailbox rather than the front door. It is also a possibility your package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor's house rather than your address. We suggest checking the mailbox and with a neighbor just in case. 

Unfortunately, sometimes packages are marked as delivered and they are not in the mailbox or with a neighbor. If you contact our Customer Happiness team, we'll do what we can to help locate your package.
