Refund policy

Our policy on returns and exchanges is as follows, with exceptions for errors outlined below.

Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, all orders are FINAL SALE.  However, if you are a domestic customer and find that your garment doesn't fit you, contact our  Customer Happiness team and we'll see if we have stock available to exchange. If we do, we'll be happy to accommodate you.  Please note that a $7.95 shipping fee will be applied to all exchanged items.  Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our merchandise, exchange stock is limited and not always guaranteed.

Be advised that if you are an international customer, we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges of any kind.

What is defined as Errors. We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, photographs, pricing, or other information on this Website is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a refund. In the event of an error, whether on this Website, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, in delivering a product, or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. 

In the event that the error was made by a customer, the sole remedy is to cancel your order within 12 hours and obtain a refund.

Return Policy for Made to Order or Print On Demand Items

Because these items are made specifically for you, all Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that after 8 hours, no edits or cancellations can typically be made to your order.

We strongly encourage you to use our size guide before ordering to ensure a great fit. 

If you still have issues or questions about your order, please contact our  Customer Happiness team to discuss your specific situation. While these items are FINAL SALE, we may be able to offer assistance in certain circumstances (e.g., product defects). 

This applies to both domestic and international made to order/print on demand orders.
